It’s free to list! There is never a listing, marketing or photo fee.
Our marketing is nationwide, not just local. Anyone seriously looking for a RV is going to see yours!
Your RV will be advertised on 13 different websites including PopRVs, RVTrader, RVT.com, RVUniverse, RVWorldShowroom and eBay. (Advertising on RV Trader alone is $70 for two weeks!)
We handle all aspects of qualifying buyers, negotiations, offers, contracts and scheduling inspections -making the sale easy and stress-free for you.
We have active buyers from all over the world and an amazing search system! Our buyers let us know what they’re looking for and we send them matching listings every day – including yours!
Through our lending partners, we can help buyers secure financing, even on RVs over 20 years old.
You owe us absolutely nothing until we find a buyer and finalize the sale of your RV.
Once I get you set up, our local rep will visit your RV and personally take around 100 photos, make a video and compile all specs and information.
You set your own asking price! We can advise and provide a NADA valuation & comps but you’re never obliged to accept anything less than your full asking price.
We have an amazing in-house closing department! Your personal closing specialist will handle all aspects of the close, including working with your lender and the buyers’ lenders, if applicable.
No assets or documents change hands until all funds have cleared our secure escrow account and are transferred into your or your lender’s bank account.
All paperwork and financial transactions are done electronically.
So, there is NO RISK to either you or the buyer!
Our 10% commission covers all marketing and closing services.
Your local rep will also be with you throughout the entire sale process, including showings and the test drive and inspection (if required by the buyer) once it’s under contract.
Our marketing agreement is not a “locked in” or “time frame” contract. You can cancel AT ANY TIME for ANY REASON and you still owe us nothing.
Our closing specialists are engaged and invested every step of the way after an offer is accepted – from scheduling inspections to ensuring all documents and funds are in order.
While listed with us, you can still sell your RV yourself to anyone who was not found through POP’s marketing efforts. You can also continue to use and enjoy it!
